Degree Programs

The Department offers a 1-yr applied master's degree in GIS. This program is a rigorous exposure to the tools and problem-solving scenarios in the area of GIS and remote sensing.

The Department also offers traditional thesis and non-thesis master’s degrees designed to provide students with a well-rounded immersion of geographical and environmental concepts, methodologies, techniques, and applications

The Department offers a doctoral degree designed to provide students with the in-depth training and breadth of methodological skills and theoretical perspectives necessary for undertaking independent, analytical research.
